Technical description
This website was built using rmarkdown websites, tweaked by Continous Integration & Deployment. Specifically:
- slides using {xaringan} enhanced with {xaringanExtra} by Garrick Aben-Buie
- practicals/projects using a the Rmarkdown template {unilur} developed by Eric Koncina
- The Rmardown website is generated on a
gitlab runnerusing docker-in-docker, the project-local R dependency manager {renv} and the workflow manager {targets}. - Website is on a Virtual Machine hosted by the LCSB biocore team using nginx.
